Assistant Technical Manager (C2i114-P1)

Applications are invited for appointment as Assistant Technical Manager (Functional Title: Clinical Data Manager) in the Research Program 1 of the Centre for Immunology & Infection to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge projects involving multi-omics big data analysis, with a focus on immunology, genomics, and translational biomedical research.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in a scientific field like bioinformatics or biostatistics. Prefer focus on clinical data or biomarkers.

• 3-8 years of experience in clinical data management. Ideal in biotech or pharma with biomarker trials.

• Proficiency in data management tools. Covers LIMS, Lab Key, and different database software.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Needed for cross-functional teams and vendors.

• Expertise in biomarker data handling. Includes sample tracking and analysis integration.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills. Essential for managing complex datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop data management plans for biomarker studies. Ensure alignment with trial protocols.

• Oversee data collection and cleaning. Focus on biomarker samples and results.

• Manage databases and LIMS. Maintain data integrity and security.

• Coordinate with vendors for biomarker analysis. Track shipments and data transfers.

• Collaborate with clinical and biostats teams. Interpret and report biomarker data.

• Ensure regulatory compliance in data handling. Prepare for audits and submissions.

• Monitor project timelines and quality metrics. Resolve data discrepancies promptly.
