Hong Kong SAR Government to Launch the InnoHK Initiative

The InnoHK initiative was officially launched during a ceremony officiated by the Chief Executive, Mrs Carrie Lam, at the Hong Kong Science Park.

A new milestone in local innovation and technological development was reached on May 25th, 2022, with more than 300 outstanding researchers of 28 research laboratories and I&T industry leaders gathering at the InnoHK Launch Ceremony to celebrate the inauguration of this flagship I&T initiative of the HKSAR Government.

Fruit of a longstanding collaboration between the University of Hong Kong and the Institut Pasteur (France), the Centre for Immunology & Infection (C2i) is honoured to be one of the research laboratories supported by the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) of the Hong Kong SAR Government through InnoHK. With a strong international network, C2i will further its collaborations with top-notch researchers from all over the world and pursue breakthroughs and excellence in conducting world-class impactful research.
